Women's March
On January 19 some of our girls went to the Women March to show solidarity with women around the world. During this event they walk and chanted to show that we are powerful ad our voices will be heard. They passed pins that were hand made to get people to support them. This was the first time going to an event for most of them. The Women's March was a great because they got to show how powerful they are all. There was various influential speakers at the event, they served as a source of inspiration for our girls. We were honored to have been able to attend the women's march and support our fellow sisters.

The retreat was our very first event that we all had as a group. On that day we all shared ideas on how our project would help us, our community and us. That day we decided the teams and who was in-charged of what. Not only did we start our plan but we also had fun planning and talking to new people. There we also contribute into the whole planning and events as well as when we were going to realize the produnct.
